Roger Gareissí personal mission statement
"To minister to peoples needs so they can be all they want to be."

Purpose
Mr. Gareiss mission is driven from Acts 1:8* "But when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you will receive power to testify about me with great effect, to the people in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth, about my death and resurrection."

Expertise
Mr. Gareiss believes and practices an inter-denominational approach to sharing the word of Jesus Christ based on I Corinthians 8: 1-3 *.

Paul is speaking, "Next is your question about eating food that has been sacrificed to idols. On this question everyone feels that only his answer is the right one! But although being a "Know-it-all" makes us feel important, what is really needed to build the church is love. If anyone thinks he knows all the answers, he is just showing his ignorance. But the person who truly loves God is the one who is open to Godís Knowledge."

Mr. Gareiss received a call from God in September 1999 to take His name, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as a lay minister into the workplace.

Mr. Gareiss is living that call as a professional human resource "people oriented" consultant. Through utilizing biblically grounded material Roger teaches Christian values that build and strengthen character within an organization.

Mr. Gareiss has a gift of discernment and intuitiveness about people. God has blessed him with the ability to empathetically feel and identify with a person or group in a variety of situations and then work with them as a partner towards growing in faith.

Mr. Gareiss also has a gift he for developing organizational structure and systems. God has blessed him with the vision and ability to create, develop, and coordinate processes and systems that serve all stakeholders within organizations.

Mr. Gareissí passion is for people systems that develop the individual person to the point of "Joy of Ownership, Joy of Workmanship" ** which in turn reinforces the organization purpose, vitality, and culture.
